Mindful Motion 101

Description
Especially useful alongside osteopathic care — to enhance your session work and create greater integration of body and mind. A blend of Yoga, Qigong, and other mindful mobility techniques to help you stay feeling your best. Please bring a mat and water bottle if available, dress comfortably, and leave all the stress at the door ! In this class we will: Move intentionally and gently, using smooth, slow transitions and conscious awareness of breath and body. This kind of movement allows us to “check in” with how we feel, invite calm into our nervous system and restore a sense of presence. This class is accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level, flexibility or prior experience. You’ll be supported to move from where you are today and explore more ease, not more strain. What to expect We’ll begin with breath awareness and gentle mobilization, then flow into mindful movement sequences that emphasize sensation, alignment and connection. At the end we will settle into a short guided relaxation to integrate the session and carry the calm into your day.
