Book this session if it is your first time at Oak Osteo. After you select a date and time from the calendar, a link to your Intake Form will be sent to your email. It takes 10-20 minutes to fill it out online, which allows for more hands-on treatment time in your session. Upon full payment, a receipt will be issued which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if applicable Please bring loose shorts and a baggy t-shirt if possible Scroll to the right to see all available times.
