Please book this option if it is your first time or it has been 6 months since your last visit To help with smooth scheduling; it is recommended to book 1-2 Follow-Ups ~1-2 weeks apart, which can later be changed if not required. 70 Minutes includes: A detailed review of your unique situation A thorough osteopathic assessment Goal setting with your practitioner Hands on treatment Optional exercise guidance Opportunity to ask questions $144 After you select a date and time from the calendar, a link to your Intake Form will be sent to your email. It takes 10-20 minutes to fill it out online, which allows for more hands-on treatment time in your session. Upon full payment, a receipt will be issued which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if applicable Please bring loose shorts and a baggy t-shirt if possible Scroll to the right to see all available times.
